I probly will be doing the voice overs for the game myself. Those will include the "The Vip has been extracted" and "The vip has been assassinated" as well as most, if not all, of the radio chat.
So if anyone has a good program to record and I would really a voice changer program for free or even a trail of a program please post a comment or pm me with the info.
