In Nightmare House 2 you wake up inside an abandoned hospital with no understanding of how you came to be there, only a vague memory of the girl from Nightmare House haunts you. Soon it will be difficult to determine between a dream and reality. How long will it take you to realize that escape is not an option?
I had been hotly anticipating the steam-pipe compatible version of this mod (since I heard nothing but good reception about this mod, plus I couldn't run the game before). I liked the lighting, animations, character models, etc. I also like how the mod has these little nods to other horror shooter games (such as F.E.A.R: First Encounter Assault Recon). Overall this game is top notch by the standards of mods. It's definitely worth a look, and since HL2 is no longer required to run the mod, there is no excuse for not trying it out.
