This mod has been in development since 2007. Some major features are: Corpses of the fallen will now permanently stay, population caps have been increased, and new units. Each faction receives one hero unit, you can play with and against any faction, and there are Heroes, crazy stuff (like The Maus, Powell, zombies,...). It also contains an Infantry Only mode, Early war mode, No Pop-Cap mode, and Quick Start mode in the victory conditions. This mod is only for fun! If you are looking for complete realism, try another one. Some combiners with other mods like Star Wars Frontlines - The Galactic Civil War & Eastern Front are also available.
Some people are complaining that they could not see dead bodies stay. This is what happen when you play in the Infantry Only or Early War mode.

Imagine the lag? Please can we get an OPTION were the bodies dissapear? This mod is great but i think i speak for more the 50% of this mod's supporters that we dont all have supercomputers, and after 30 mins in game **** like this happens and it lags as hell and then you just can;t enjoy the damn thing :/
I play on a laptop and I don't have this problem. The game start lagging after 10 min but then get faster and faster after a while despite the number of corpses. I have no lag if I play a second game. I don't know how does this work.
I dont know, im guessing you are telling me this becuase your laptop isnt exactly for gaming, and mine isnt either, but a couple of my friends have have Gaming Desktops and they still get body lag.
I never get body lag, I get explosion lag but not body lag.
perhaps you could change the dead body not to be animated, it can reduce the lag ( or reduce the animation process ). sure they can be animated just only 1 second process (standard animation feeling pain). after that, the dead body will be dead( not animated )
That wouldn't fix it. Because of the game's engine,physics would still work on them.

exist a mod that ragdolls stay always too ? your mod is awsome but the ragdolls disappear after few seconds. or cann you tell me how i can build a mod wit these settings. weapons objects corpses,debris wrecks must stay or dont disappear on the battlefield ;)

Hello! Wondering why the bodies don't stay when I tried out the mod?
Is there a way to get a standalone version where you can make the bodies stay?
I want to play the original COH but with persistent bodies.
