This is a simple mod which makes the nations of Louisiana, New Spain, the Thirteen Colonies, and Courland playable. The Features of the mod go as follows The mission the nations of Spain, France, and Great Britain receive that allow them to take certain territories in order to absorb their respective dominions have been removed The random handover to the major powers of these dominions that are AI controlled have been removed. Courland's state religion has been changed from Protestantism/Lutheranism to Roman Catholicism in order to go along with the fact they build Seminaries and not Protestant Church Schools New Spain is now playable Louisiana is now playable The Thirteen Colonies are now playable Duchy of Courland is now playable. What may be released in the future: I plan to later unlock all other protectorate statesin the near future, perhaps as a seperate download. Lastly, but most importantly. All credit for my knowledge of making this goes to HusserTW who made the tutorial.

Description

Note: Remember to back up all your files that this mod replaces. In order for the mod to work you must go to Program files 86x, Steam, SteamApps, Common, Empire Total War, Data, Campaigns, main, and then back up the Startpos and the scripting file. Save the vanilla files in a different folder and then put the Startpos and Scripting files from the mod's winrar file (outside of the New World Folder) in their stead. This is the first full release of the New World Mod. I'm hoping to fix Louisiana's language in the future (putting it as French instead of English). Enjoy! Let me know if you find any bugs!

Have they been on any specific turns? I haven't had an issue with the mod as of yet. Have they happened with any particular factions?

Just move the original two files to somwhere outside the game files and replace them with mine. After that just start Empire Total War and it should be good to go

Do you have any other mods in your game? I'll make a tutorial video for the mod tonight and maybe that'll help you out. Thanks for the feed back!

I played the campaign on the mod myself, it should be fine. It should just be a random occurrence.
