Makes some personal/balance adjustments to the game. Changes how you gain ability perks are level up. Adjusts some starting distinctions. Makes fishing as easy as shooting fish in a barrel. Adjust some encounters and monster inventory, etc.

Adjusted several distinctions, made no changes to Destructive Diplomat, Big Boned, Pack Leader, Hounded Individual, God's Mistake, Sensei, and Doomed Guy. Distinctions names followed with a "(" indicates that distinction has been reworked completely.
Deady Doc: +1 Attention; +20 Toxic Resistance
Timid Theoretician: +10% Damage with crafted weapons; Removed personality. Reduces weight penalty to -5kg
Trickster: +25 Throwing; Reduced carry capacity reduction to -5 kg
Weird Loner (Hesperusian): +2 all attributes (except Luck); Reduced Food requirements; -3 Luck; -1 Hitpoint per level; -10 Survival; -20 Cold Resistance
Natural Born Trader: Reduced carry capacity reduction to -5 kg
Bloodthirsty Ogre: +1 Action Point per kill; +20 Regeneration
Sexy Beast: Max Personality vs Opposite Gender; +2 Endurance
Lone Genius (Skilled): +25% to All Skills; +3 Skill Pts per Level; -25% EXP
Roid Rampage: +7 Sequence
Freedom Lover: Removed Endurance penalty; +1 Action Point. -15 Speechcraft.
Lucky Bastard: Removed Strength, Endurance, & Skill penalties; Removed Speechcraft bonus; Gambling +30; -1 Attention; +3 Luck; critical hits have reduced effect on you
Wacky Woodsman (Fast Shot): All weapon attacks cost 1 less Action Point; Unable to use aim attacks

Show needed value, skill or characteristic, to pass checks in Dialog : "neutron.showNeeded", shared setting
Display log will show the lock level of a locked container or door when you attempt to open it : "neutron.showNeeded", shared setting
Alertness level of a pickpocket target will be shown next to their name on the steal popup : "neutron.showNeeded", shared setting
Trader's Barter level will be shown next to their name on the trade popup : "neutron.showNeeded", shared setting
Display log will now show attacker and defender during combat : "neutron.enhancedCombatLog", shared setting
Display log will list all wounded teammates "Current HP / Max HP" after a battle is over : "neutron.enhancedCombatLog", shared setting
Looser Camera Control allowing lower angles, closer and farther away views: "neutron.cameracontrols", disabled by default. Added settings to "neutron.cameraDistanceMin", "neutron.cameraDistanceMax", and "neutron.cameraAngleMin" to give even greater control over camera.
In combat added the name of the target you are currently hovering over : always on
Item name with simple mouse hover - no need for hold and navigate to the Information sub menu : always on
Locked containers and doors will highlight in red : always on
Added two new control keys for moving bulk items. (CTRL) will move a single item from a stack. (ATL) will move half of a stack of items. : always on
Holding down (SHIFT) while unloading a weapon will unload all weapons in that container : always on
Added option to allow the "Scanner" to function while in the player's inventory : "neutron.activeInInventory", disabled by default
Fast looting where dead enemies inventory will be combined for easier pickup: "neutron.fastLOOT", disabled by default
Dialog Skill Checks for Technology, Repairing Objects, Lock picking, and Tinkering in the game will now use the team member with the highest value : "neutron.groupskills", shared setting
Global Map Travel, Escaping Random Encounters, and Resting will now use the team member with the highest Survival skill : "neutron.groupskills", shared setting
Increased font size on inventory panel for Item's Caption, Cost, and Count : "neutron.inventoryFontSize", value is the amount of increase defaults to "6"
Added option to turn off hunger mechanic : "neutron.disableHunger", disabled by default
Added ability to provide bonus carry weight for all the hoarders out there : "neutron.freeCarryWeight", disabled by default else integer value is the added carry kg capacity.
Finer control over UI Scaling : "neutron.UIScale" set to blank (default) to disable, otherwise it will take a float value and override game's settings. I settled on using a value of 1.4
A newly joined Teammate will receive XP to bring them up to within 90% of the players XP : "neutron.teamCatchup"
Teammates will now get the same non-battle XP as the player, Teammates doing lockpick assistance will now give XP to the group as well : "neutron.teamEXP"
All chances effected by luck as normal
Catch anything is set to 70%
Catch something good set to 50%
Catch golden fish with normal bait set to 10%
Catch golden fish with special bait set to 100%
If character's new level is evenly divisible by the control setting, the character will gain one characteristic.
The player's control setting is "neutron.gainAttributes" and is disabled by default
The teammate's control setting is "neutron.teamAttributes" and is disabled by default
At character creation this gives you the advantages as if you played the last game and acquired all the stat, skill, and other bonuses. In particular it grants:
+4 Stat Points (3 Serums + Idol), left off the fish since it can be caught in this game as well
+258 Skill Points (all dialogue bonues + all books)
Perks: Ghosty Protection, Streetwise, and Entomologist
Tattoos: "Wings" (+1 Dex), "Atom" (+5 Automatic Weapons and Stealth), and "Mother" (+5 Speechcraft and Martial Arts)
You can also select a clothing kit by setting "neutron.mimicImportKit, which defaults to "Stalker". Valid options are Strider Garb "Ranger", "Stalker", Camo Uniform "Spec", Army Uniform "Op", Atom Uniform "Veteran", or blank (disabled).
Additionally Hexogen will recieve the distinction "Knowledge of Sophisticated Slurs"
Adding a few settings to allow for building custom characters. All of these default to "0". They only have effect when creating a new character.

Added some key commands to control teammate actions:
F1: Makes all teammates equip a range weapon if they have one. Remap via "neutron.keySwitchRange"
F2: Makes all teammates equip a close weapon if they have one. Remap via "neutron.keySwitchMelee"
Set "neutron.cheatsOn" to "0" to disable, which is the default
F7: Heals the player and all teammates. Remap via "neutron.keyHealALL"
F8: Kills all enemies. Remap via "neutron.keyKillALL"
Only change for version 0.0.0.2 is to support Game Version 1.05
