Depending how it looks . . (cause it might not look that good) you could as a final design try having the Dutch flag behind those icons... depends whether or not it will mess it up though :)

Nice but you should change the soldier for the classes, to add more "unique", to the troops per class.
too bad there aint any other pictures with dutch soldiers :(
