NEOTOKYO° is a first person shooter that aims to provide a visceral & realistic combat experience in a rich futuristic setting. NEOTOKYO° takes place in and around a fictionalized Tokyo approximately 30 years in the future. Mankind has begun to fuse with technology. Government and corporate corruption have transformed Tokyo into a deadly dystopian nightmare. After a near-successful military coup by ranking members of Jinrai, the National Security Force (NSF) is formed - answering directly to the Prime Minister, it's mission is to investigate and eliminate all threats to Japan, both abroad and at home. The initial core of the NSF is made from an exodus from within the intelligence branch of the military. With this betrayal begins the war in the shadows between the NSF and Jinrai.

It does not support DX 8.1, at least the new effects. Only 11% of Steams suerbase has DX8.1 only cards, doesn't effect much.

NeoTokyo? Released on Dystopia's site? I don't trust it...
Why wouldn't you trust it? The two mod teams don't have to be at each other's throats just because they both feature a cyberpunk setting.
Lolster, as a dev team, we have no issues with the Dystopia devs. So the link should used and supported.

is there any reason why my game has an intel error everytime i switch maps
hmmm I cant even get that far, the lovely torrent is only downloading at 30k/s and im uploading at a 100k, screw that. Half the mirrors are down, one of the ones I tried and finished, said the file was corrupt. Why is it so hard to get the damn mod.

Freaking amazing. It requires a beast, it brings my GTX280 to it's very knee's(as low as 25 FPS)

That should not be happening. I have an 8800GT and I get 60+ FPS with max settings.
if u are geting 25fps with that rig something is wrong. what res is it set at and how high have u set AA?
those are the only two setings i could think u could turn up so high it does that. i get 60-70 fps on a completly mediocre machine.
Your ISP must suck! 'Tis the only thing I can think of cos it runs just fine for me at an average 110fps. And I'm only using a shity 8600GT atm.
You got ripped off if that's a GTX280.
My 9800 gtx gives 40-60 maxed out settings. I wouldn't call it any more taxing than tf2.
Meh, it seems to be a trend among my Source based games to have shoddy performance. All my other games have doubled or more in performance, except Source based ones...must be a driver / GPU issue.
