try to use ingame default graphics settings.
for first time I changed graphics to bigger resolution 1920x1080 and this problem appear, but after I reset setting to default(1024x768) this problem disappear.

Please change the Download with an external link it is stupid it takes a lot of time and you have a pause files that spoil and Reload from the beginning took more than 48 hours in the end did not work program give black screen

My installation freezes at 87% and does not go further. I waited all night and still to no avail. What could be the reason?

Okay I renamed BF2 to BF2_Backup and Backup to BF2 and now I receive "local version 1.37 corrupted."
I ran a "verify" and it stated that the corrupted files would be deleted and to click "install/update" and it's still corrupted.
Any advice?
Tried installing latest version 1.53 in same directory as previous version as Update/install kept giving exeption errors. Once 1.53 installed I was able to Update/Install. Launching a coop game took me up to the "join Game" but once clicked NAW froze preventing Alt-Tab. Tried several maps. Do I need a fresh install?
