Starlight Glimmer image - My Little Pony: Civilization is Magic mod for Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword
A simple mod which does something that is completely necessary, add My Little Pony to Civilization IV.

The Starlight Glimmer leader choice isn't available in this download of the MLP CIV IV mod. This particular leader is probably part of some other mod that is not compatible or related to this download.
I checked the XML files and there's no mention of her being available anywhere in-game (not even as a disabled option).
Therefore, I must conclude that either this image is falsified or that the person who uploaded this image created the Starlight Glimmer leader for some other mod unrelated to the main MLP CIV IV mod.
