White Croatians weren't associated with Slavic part of nowadays Austria. They were peoples of the today's southern Poland and western Ukraine. Vistulans are often associated with them as well.

"De Administrando Imperio" claims that White Croatia was located between Bavaria, White Serbia (Lusatia), Hungary, and was subject to Otto I, the Holy Roman Emperor. But which provinces will they occupy then? Moravia? So I chose theory which, in my opinion, would balance the strength of Slavic tribes in this region.
