GameAttrib file - More skill points per lavel mod for Dawn of War II

Backup original file Dawn of War 2\GameAssets\Archives\GameAttrib.sga and replace with one from this mod.
Version is for latest DoW II + Chaos Rising (2.6.0.0).
Dawn of War 2\GameAssets\Archives\GameAttrib.sga modified, inside of this archive \simulation\attrib\tuning\tuning_info.rbf at line 2771 "discretionary_attrib_points: 20;" and couple of next levels, enough for original game and Chaos Rising to have all skills on max. With Moddb.com and Moddb.com and Dawnofwar.info you should be able to modify it the same way. Mod provided "as is" at the end you have more skill points then you could actually spend, so the number could be a bit decreased and spread through levels for balance.
