Description
The meaning of the flag
-The fist represents power and government... aka the N.A.R.
-The reef represents society of a whole, and how the fist (NAR) must grasp and control society, or else it (the reef) will fall.
-The thorns on the reef represent the difficulties and struggles of maintaing a hold on society.
-The tattoo on the wrist says (in Arabic)"Only the strong can lead"

This is how it should look! Brilliant, my one little criticism would be that the writing on the wrist seems a little small.
Yes, but I don't think its proper translation, so I don't want to emphasize somethings thats incorrect. I'll get one of my arabic speaking friends to correctly translate it for me, then I might put it somewhere else on the flag.
Since the "story" tells us that the rebels are Afghans then why their flag contains Arabic letters ? lol anyway, if the story was a bit soft I would've helped you with the translations. Under these circumstances, I would feel bad if I helped this scenario, but whatever :)
