Before reading on, please click here so that you can start your download! It's been a long journey to finish this project. With the first map being made and released back in 2009 and the second map being released in 2010, it has taken another 2 years for the project to be completely wrapped up.
Initially I intended to just create the final map and do some script and minor graphical upgrades to the previous levels, but while having a beer with Rick one day he suggested that he could help me out with some art to make the levels even more awesome.
"It'll only take like 2 months" he said "we'll make some new rocks and stuff, it'll be easy!" That was back in December. From then until now we've done almost complete rebuilds of the old levels, replaced almost all Half-Life 2 content with original art, and created 2 new levels as well! We have around 300 new textures being used in the mod, along with 300 new models.
It's a great feeling to finally be able to release Mission Improbable. It has been a lot of late nights and long hours to get it done, and we sincerely hope you'll enjoy playing it. In case your download hasn't finished quite yet, then you can take a look at the launch trailer below.

Absolutely amazing. I've been looking forward to this for years. Your mod is on par with greats like MINERVA, Research and Development and Precursor. Can't wait to play through the full thing.

Installed through desura and it was exactly the same and ended at the same place. I guess that this is not a desura updat.

I played it through whilst recording with fraps...
realised after I played through the whole thing that I forgot to record sound as well. *facepalm*
I glitched the elevator after the hunter sequence, it mustn't have a clip surrounding it properly because I managed to jump through it when it was going up. I also managed to get stuck in the clip that closes off the elevator on the edge of the initial radio tower station when I played MI2, so I'm not sure if that is re-occurring.
Hilarious mod, I wasn't expecting the flowers when I first picked one up. And that pigeon... and man, the mattress billboard was an amazing edition. Also, christ Magnus knows how to open doors!

Hello Fellas but when are you buddies going to update this fanntastic mod on desura?
Can you make a .rar or .zip archive version? I has problems with installation, I has steam but this installer don't want to install this mod( 4put.ru ), and why I can't select installation directory?
It finds your steam directory based on registry values, perhaps you manually moved your steam folders without reinstalling?

I think everything in this mod is awesome! So many details and amazing map designs. I liked the shield and the missiles, nicely done!
The ending was great! Rocket-launchers don't work very well with trash :P
