Minas Morgul is a submod for Divide and Conquer submod of TATW. It adds a new playable faction, Minas Morgul. Minas Morgul starts with only 1 city at the centre of the Gondor-Mordor battlefield.

Can The Witch King still use the return to angmar script??
I did not test it, and altough I think he can I advise you to play angmar on a normal build bcs if your campaign crashes midway you wont be able to fix it.
Can you play as Minas Morgul on the campaign map? I do not have the option of choosing them. What should I do?
it is supposed to be played on the campaign map, my guess is that you extracted in the wrong place
