Midnight Animal is a fan-made, full standalone mod of Hotline Miami, featuring brand new content including a completely new storyline, masks, characters, music, weapons, and levels. It takes place nearly thirty years after the events of Hotline Miami 2, and deals with the world reconstructed by Fifty Blessings following nuclear escalation. Officially approved by Dennis Wedin of Dennaton Games, Midnight Animal will be released through modDB, Steam, and itch.io, and will be released for PC, completely free of charge.
The most promising standalone mod I've ever seen, it looks to be absolutely insanely cool and I will drop some money wherever possible to support Spencer Yan.
