Well, here is so far the first outside location. I hope to change the sky, as it isn't really the way I want it, it needs to be darker, and scarier.
Are the rad levels going to be extremely high outside?
Yes, you won't be able to be out there long without some sort of protection, but, if you do decide to explore the surface, you could be rewarded greatly.
