Description
The inital model is a navy trooper, with an E-11. This will be an upgraded stormtrooper basicly with better wepons and health. The Storm trooper Marine will accompany Tech level 3 stormtroopers

The unit will act like a captian, but will be in a unit of its own. i may do it like you said latter on but now its just a single unit of its own
I think captian is good, and then as squad members for a land commander's squad.
well at tech 3 a single storm trooper squad contains 4 storm trooper squads and a squad of marines
