It is a 4th Foehn Origins mission then you're right. I don't want this mission to be Epsilon.
You can't see the veterancy of enemy units, so it's probably a Foehn mission.

I Think This Is Epsilon Mission
The color is no longer Teal, it's that green RA2 Einstein Labs were!
But Ironwing and Yunru is teal.
Zoom in, Yunru and Ironwing is real Teal. Probably this is Last Bastion base in Alaska, she comes here after Tainted Empire.
My guess is that green is the faction's secondary color.
