Is there any chance that the demolition truck and bomb buggy will upgrade(loaded) into nuclear waste bomb (just RA2 vanilla) if you build a Soviet Nuclear Converter?

Of course. Velkhana's lair was seen in Season 3 of the Followers of the Scarred World. The Velkhana was caged in hostage by the Cult of Magdaros Outpost guards but it has gone released from the Outpost and stayed in the lair. This reminds me of that show where the sacred tunnel of Iceborne Incarnate has sanctified for waking Velkhana in Final Season's Episode 21.
