I think they're just normal supply trucks. But they are nice tho. "Technology Truck" probably just got upgraded a bit.
Probably an Allied analogue to Kamaz.
That truck on the top right looks interesting...
Allies must be pretty desperate if they're willing to use mass mind control themselves.
