More polys you put into the model doesn't mean that it will be definitely be more nice. Good modeller(especially who makes models for strategy game) has to make models with less polygons as possible, but they should look as if they had a lot of them.

Well considering stock MoW models consist of 2400 polys, mine, at 4200 arent bad ;p

Yes, probably a different shade of tunic and obviously a different shoulder insignia plus helmet decal.

I was always confused with the 82nd from the 101st.
