Hey guys, it's finally time to release the second custom battle release of Medieval Kingdoms Total War! This is still for Rome 2 and is greatly improved from the first version.
Here's the list of changes and features:

Around 200+ units in the mod overall now with around 75 new units added to the new and current factions.
Most of the current units have been revamped or adjusted to make them more unique and distinct to their respective factions. Some units have been changed to be a high era unit like the Zweihander and Venetian Heavy Infantry.
There have been new loading screens(not made by me) and unit cards made by our newest team member Finix.
New armor and weapon DB values that should make battles slightly longer.
Polearm units have been given the "pike phalanx" ability and have been buffed.
The aforementioned pike phalanx has been changed so it more closely resembles Medieval 2.
Fixed the faction assignment issue that was causing some people to not get certain factions. Basically this was because some of the factions were on DLC faction slots.
Other minor bugfixes and tweaks.

Install Instructions:
Download the mod.
Extract the rar file to your data folder.
Enable out of date mods in the Launcher and activate the mod.

Great stuff. I noticed that the catapults seemed kinda glitchy, they'd turn in a quick jerking fashion and increase in size like one of those purposefully bad 3d animations on youtube... oh, and my game crashed, I don't know if it was the mod or not, but it is the only one I have installed on Rome 2

I can't get it to work. I installed it correctly, set it to allow out-of-date mods and I get vanilla Rome 2. Any ideas?

I downloaded this file, but it comes out as a windows media file?
I watched his video but the file is not capable of replacing a different file, such as the pack file in Rome total war 2s data folder.
just ignore the mediafire click the second link, dowload and wait also downlkoad winrar or a similar program extract the file to the desctop and then go at steam apps get in rome 2 and replace the file you extract to the desktop with medieval_kingdoms_all2.pack
is this going to be updated so that it is suitable for campaign game play?? it would be amazing if this was campaign compatible.

When I extract mkfinal2.rar and I put it in the data folder of Total war rome2, after the activation of mod the game don't start for the Error: Expecting keyword 'version' animations/animation_fragments/rome_man_axe_shield_fragment.txt(1). Can someone please help me? (the game isn't install in common of steam because it's a pirate version). Excuse me for the english language used because I'm italian.
