and instead using dismounted for the dismounted version of the units, why not use calvary for mounted
Nice but would be better to give the Knyaz/King the helmet of the man on the right side of the first screenshot (white helmet with Arch Angel Michael in gold). Since this is the helmet of a high rank noble and not of a druzhinik.
And why is the faction called Kievan Rus? Noone in medieval times called it like that its a term brought up by historians in the 19th century. The faction should be called just RUS.
The halters on the horses with Knyaz Guard (late) and Kievan Nobles dont look that functional (but they are functional). It could be better if you widen it a bit more like in this picture:
