I am so hyped for this ****. Exactly what I expected medieval Romans to look like. Will this overhaul be released soon? 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 the masculine urge to reform the Roman Empire...
soon or later
but i'm also really damn hyped, original Medieval 2 was great, but i did hate the lackluster unit roster for Byzantium
but now, with Medieval Kingdoms 1212, showing how different all 3 successor states are
-Epirus using more western style units
-Trebizond using more eastern style units
-Nicaea keeping the original units while still not being outdated, while the other two still get the Scoutatoi and other core units (including Latin Empire. yuck)
and it's also what i expected how Romans would look like in the Medieval period, and later on to the 1400s (if only Europa Universalis 4 made Byzantium ,Epirus, Trebizond, Theodoro unique instead of using Ottoman troops)
there is also the Dell'arte Della Guerra mod for Mount and Blade Bannerlord that takes place in the 1460s, even though Byzantium is gone by now, there is still Trebizond and Theodoro, hopefully Cyprus, Athens and Epirus along with the Maniots is will be added too
yeah the diversity in the 3 Byzantine successor states is awesome, glad they made it like that
I thought the same, but in my game Nicaea uses Western style troops too, which looks off.
How can I edit Attila Assembly kit to add files from this mod? I want to edit the later tier Byzantine units from the western Catholic look they have in this mod to a more traditional Greek/Eastern Orthodox style.
