Medieval Kingdoms: Total War is a total conversion of Total War: Attila with brings the game to the high middle ages, set in the starting year of 1212 AD going until 1453 AD. This mod will completely revamp the game with new factions, units and much much more! (Yes this is the same mod team as for the Rome 2 version.)

i've to install the mod manually because i've some troubles with the CA mod manager, so i'm using the Mitch's one.

I didn't understand exactly which files i need to make it work, are they just the mkbase and mkmodels 1-2-3?

Love this mod, just curious as to why in the latest release has the English faction has not got the foot soldiers, archers etc of each of the earldoms? I really like that feature in the earlier release

was wondering exactly this. Have the modders answered you yet? I really miss the earldom units, added a lot more variety.
Also, any idea why the building skins aren't showing up anymore? The vanilla building are okay, but the modded ones really made the whole thing more medieval.

Hello guys! Do I need to install this or is it enough to install
Moddb.com
and part 1?
I never installed a mod before but I realy do want to play a campaign in 1212ad.
So my question is if it's enough downloading and installing part 1 and 2 of the Medieval kingdom installer or do I need this aswell?

I have now installed everything. after following all the steps, the only difference is the backround when I log in. It said medieval 1212 AD but otherwize it looks exactly the same. All the factions begin at 395 AD exc.
Before I entered the game I pressed "mod Manager", There I have the mkbase.pack and mkmodels1, mkmodels2, mkmodels3. I have enabled out-of-date mods. Tho I cannot "upload" mkbase.pack. it says:
"You must have a preview image called 'mkbase.png' in the same location as the pack file (Total War attila/data)!
The recommended resolution is 256x256." I have no idea what this is. But can this be the reason that it doesnt work?
I also pressed "select all" if that does any difference?
Appriciate some answers.

It's just me who's BAD and stupid.. I thought this was a campaign, but it was custom only, which is says kinda clear, smh...
Gonna buy Age of charlemagne instead and get the 1295 AD modd. just heard about it, yey.

Doesn't matter. The new updated files in the mkbase pack are fixes and replacement of the ones in the mkmodels. We do this because mkbase are smaller hence easier to update.
