The web site were the features list page for the Rebalance site appears to currently be offline.
This seems to be a probelm with the Angeltowns hosting and will be resolved asap.

Lancer Solurus has kindly hosted us space for people to discuss the Mod,
He will also be hosting a Copy of the latest version for Download.
