MD's Freelancer Rebalance Mod for Freelancer Rebalance 3.56 Rc3 Full download

This will install the full mod including the Rc3 patch changes.
Unfortunatly patch Rc3 will be a full installer due to large no of changes.

This means uninstall old versions and give this a fresh install.

In the .56 tradition this patch is mainly just fixes to mod.
This will greatly improve on ship related errors and loudouts.

**Still more planned to increase stabillity to 100% but still looking for a dedicated ship rebuilder ;)

This patch changes..
Hardpoint match
Loadout cleanup
Packages cleanup
Ship lv npc list arrangement
Empathy alterations

This build needs to be installed by Client and Server to match.

Current changes mean server admin will be advised to run a character cleaner to check hardpoint and equipment matches. Such as Player Cleaner by Lancer_Solurus over at Digital Brilliance.

Players can choose to start a fresh character for maximum stabillity.
or continue with saves at own risk.
