Description
As an unintended consequence of the war, there are two puppet states that claim to be the real China. The Chinese Provinces (on the left) is the larger nation, but it suffers from the fact that it has a small coastline. The Reorganized Government of China (on the right) is the more favored nation (to Japan), and it has both Beijing and Nanjing. As such, it always wins the argument no matter what.
