The object of the game is to knock all your opponents in the round off the platforms without being knocked off yourself! Players start each round out with a limited number of lives and are able to pick up variety of weapons and pick ups throughout the game. Whatever team or player survives the longest receives a point, the round is restarted, and the mayhem starts again. The only way to "kill" an opponent is to force them off the map's platforms; however, the less life an opponent has the farther out they will fly when they are hit by weapons. Our mod is nearing its completion date very soon and we are looking for members of the Half-life 2 community to host servers for its soon-to-be beta release! If you haven’t heard of our mod before don’t worry, few have. (I blame global warming.)
To put it simply, our mod tries to focus on the fast-paced, old school days of Quake where First Person Shooter games ruled the net and the only talk of RPGs were about what weapon you just used to blow the crap out of your latest opponent. We have also added a little variation to the meaningless killing by bringing the game style of Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. which allows the players to use a variety of weapons to force their enemies off the platforms and laugh at them mercilessly as they fall head-first into the ground, spikes, water, or whatever happens to be below them.
We hope to release a beta within the next two weeks and would love to see some servers up on the net for people to enjoy. If you are interested, please contact me at grayjamn@gmail.com and you will be one of the first people to own all the splendor that is “Master Blasters” on your computer before your friends do by two week’s time.
As the unofficial motto of our team states that “Game play > Graphics”, we have included some pictures below to give our viewers the eye-orgasms they need to get them through the day. Enjoy.

Not really sure of the name you can call the beta but Master Beta is pretty clever! I do know that it IS pretty funny to see the reaction after telling someone that you were Master Blasteringbating it up all night with a couple of your buddies though... ;-)
