Mafia Traffic Mod mod for Mafia

I wasn't satisfied that only 15 of the some 60 vehicles in the game ever appeared in the city in Free Ride, so I set out to change it. After a lot of work and tweaking this mod was the result.

Now almost all of the regular cars in the game can be found driving around on the streets. I also made changes to the traffic density, that is, the maximum number of traffic cars that can appear at any one time. There is now more traffic in the city and less in the country.

Finally, the ratio of luxury to cheap cars is more realistic. By default, the traffic consists of about 60% regular cars and 40% luxury cars. In this mod, it's more like 75%-25% There are still quite a few luxury cars around but they're heavily outnumbered by cheaper cars. The way it should be.

This is a minor modification, but it makes a disproportionately large difference to the feel of the game for what little it changes.
