Killer tunes and awesome progress! Hope you guys retain that mostly brushwork approach to your levels as the maps continue to get updated!
Hi, Thanks for your continued enthusiasm for the mod. The Brushwork style is absolutely planned to stay as the remakes of the maps are just to try and make that style more detailed. I think I took a few missteps in the Alpha with texture work so that’s also on the to do list to make it more believable. I’m also trying to get rid of the “Player in a box” Feeling when you’re in the city sections. What I mean by that is that you see walls around your play area and All you see in the skyline is endless skyscrapers, But where is the rest of your street level skyline? The real Grimy area. The remakes aim to make you feel like you’re in the bad neighbourhood as long as you’re below the smog line and that there is more beyond where you just play in.
