Lost Dragons is a multiplayer total modification aiming to bring out a new thrilling gamemode for Arma3 . Our concept is futuristic objective based team warfare with randomly generated map elements to ensure every game is a unique experience with completely new set of units, weapons, structures and terrain.
Been working on rocks lately. Trying out some new stuff to speed up the creation process.
A bit older 3D-Coat sculpt turned into lowpoly mesh.
uuh, are these little tiny rocks to throw or big ones you can use for cover ?
Did not any vanilla rock fit in your terrain ?
This is a bigasshuge kind of rock! :D
The default A3 Rocks are a bit wrong color so they were out and Tanoa rocks while quite right colored would tie LoDR to Apex and we don't want that kind of dependency. Also the rock formations are not shaped too well for what we are aiming to make, thus simplest solution is to make our own.
Also its been a good learning experience.
Are these new weapons perchance? :)
Throwable rock could have its uses so maybe a smaller version of it could be!
Reminds me of Quest for Glory series where you could search for rocks just about anywhere and kill anything with rocks if your skills were good enough. xD
