This is total conversion mod for victoria 2 in which black death didnt end and still exist so a lot of nations are different.

-Rework whole Europe and most of Asia and Africa and part of America(In this mod Columba) and also Australia (Aborigina)
-Adds new decisions and events for great powers and few decisions for minors
-Adds ton of new events
-Adds ton of new modifiers
-Add new colonisation decisions

Regions:

British Islands: In England Civil war ragas and Great Britian never formed instead british island are divided between several small dukedoms. Irland was conquered by Sligo in 15 century but is still not fully integrated.
France: France is global superpower with it colonies in Canada, Indonesia and Africa nobody can compete except mighty nations of Netherlands.
Iberia: In Iberia Moors still hold most of its historical land and small catholic kingdoms decided to form Tri-union to protect against them.
Germany and Italy: Like in mormal history these regions are divided between multiple small kingdoms but in germany mighty nation of Brandenburg is looking to unity it.
Easten Europe: Unlike in normal history Poland still exist and with Hungary fight decentralised Ottoman empire
Russia: Moscowy united with Novgorod and formed Russia but dont conquer most of its land and recently few Russian cities revolted agains its centralised system.
Scandinavia: Scandinavian nations never expanded north instead they started creating colonies in New world.

In longer Black Death mod Great Britian never formed and England become just regional power and rest of Europe had masive Black plague epidemic so no one colonised Aborigina (Australia).

In 1840 after researching State and Governance First Great power can take this decision to get one freee province in Aborigina.
Shortly after Aborigina will get event about arriving of Europeans and land what europeans occupy.
After that Great powers can cliam parts of Aborigina with decisions
After either Great powers partitioning Aborigina or its westernization decision about colonising inland Aborigina can be taken.
France after colonising Aborigina.

Me parece un muy buen mod pero desde mi punto de vista le hacen falta tener mas eventos como poder formar uniones de paises , confederaciones, reinados e imperios con determinados paises o estados(eso como primer propuesta).Lo siguiente es que apesar de tener una gran poblacion de determinada nacionalidad o identidad como pueblo es dificil obtener nucleos con naciones pequeñas,por ejemplo:Al jugar con Siria me cuesta mucho obtener 2 nucleos de hecho lo maximo que he tenido con esta son eso mismo 2.Pero en fin esa es mi opinion y sugerencia pues este mod es uno de mis favoritos.

Have you ever heard about the "Years of Rice and Salt" novel?
It's about a totally different world, where Europe was 99% devastated by the Black Plague and the old continent was colonized by mongols, turks and arabs.

good mod, though i have some suggestions and some other things that needs to be mentioned, first is the amount of small useless nations, there are a good amount of them in russia and some other ones scattered around the world, mostly in europe, they should form bigger states or better yet join the nations with flavor, though only some of them should be deleted as you still need to have enough nations to declare war on and stuff like that, then there is the weird tags, the whole tag system is super weird i have to have a god damn file opened so i can find the tags, so plz fix that my braincells are gone, and now my suggestions, africa should be less colonized in the western area and there should be more african states in western africa and some in the area near congo in the future, and also north america can be a pretty fun place to play, having an independant french louisiana and playable natives and also a weaker usa, that's about it you have a pretty good mod here and i look forward to playing the future versions of this mod
