What is LOMP/ESMP?
Long Odds Mission Pack features a brand new US campaign containing 11 missions where you will face long odds.
Empire’s Strike Mission Pack also features 11 brand new missions, but this time from the perspective of the Japanese Navy where they face the might of the US Navy.

- Hunt for the Cruiser - Hunt down the Japanese cruiser Chikuma using a destroyer flotilla.

- Crucial Cargo - Intercept a Japanese convoy carrying critical cargo.

How to Remove the Black Smoke after the ship was destroyed,my configuration is poor.

Could you elaborate a little bit more on what you are trying to do?
The BSmodHQ increase the concentration of smoke in the game,especially the heavy smoke from the sinking ship.
This increases the burden on computers,so I want to remove these.
The smoke (and any other effects) were unchanged in the game. I am assuming you are referring to the additional effects we added to some missions.
Browse to your game directory and then to scripts\missions\ijn\ESMP for the Japanese missions and scripts\missions\usn\LOMP for the US missions.
Here you need to open the corresponding .lua file (preferably using a program called Notepad++) and delete any lines beginning with Effect(
You can then save the file and the additional effects for that mission will be removed.
Thanks,but I mean I'm trying to bring the concentration of smoke down to the base game's level.For example,the smoke from the sinking ship.
That was not changed in any of the mods. It's the same as the base game.

Yes, The Complete Campaign Pack, is not compatible.
The LOMP/ESMP patch 1 required BSModHQ 4.1.
So the PRCP 1.5 mod also does not compatible since it use BSModHQ 4.0. If you try to play it. It will crash.
battle of ceylon is crashing everytime and some japanese bomber squads dont attack the base so when i try to attack them i ran out of time and yes it always crashed by game everytime i play 3 minutes of the mission

However I'm having some trouble with Battle of Santa Cruz:
Whenever I sink hornet or a battleship in the vanguard formation, the game will crash in a few seconds.
My LOMP(w/ patch 1) was installed on top of vanilla BSModHQ4.0 and vanilla bsp(steam version). I also tried playing without patch 1 and installing LOMP on 4.1 but they didn't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think, Your BSP need BSmodHQ 4.1 and LOMP/ESMP with Patch 1. In my end, installing all of this, no crash occur.

You need to complete all original Japanese and USA mission first. Then the unlocked unit will be available and can be use into downloaded mission.
i cant install the mod, this pops up "You have not selected a valid bsmodhq 4.0 location" even though i've selected the battlestationspacific.exe

You need to have BSModHQ 4.1 installed in your BSP folder. Otherwise, LOMP/ESMP and its Patch 1 will not work.
