Life's a Beach is a 5-level campaign featuring new Survivors, Special Infected, music and much more!
Prospect has made much progress over the past month, with a lot more assets in-game. Custom characters are almost working in-game and vacancies for multiple positions are available.

Prospect has been working on a range of content over the past month and we are making good progress.
We are close to having over half of the campaign playable and much of that in a soon-to-be presentable state. We have focused on Level 3 extensively making sure it plays well and optimised efficiently. I have also been building level 4, in which the survivors must hold out against an infected onslaught. This will be large scale level in the style of a finale, complete with tanks!
There is a surprisingly lax amount of information on creating models and textures, even less with the programs out artists use (Maya). After a lot of trial and error testing we have the process for creating models with working bump and alpha maps. Below is an example, the bulkhead door that was our test model for figuring out this process.
This model is also set up to work as a prop_door_rotating, this can be credited to Eric Naquin who has been a big help throughout this project and made some of our models (such as the Cormorant). He is working on the game, White Matter, check it out!
We are in need of a few different roles to be filled. I shall be updating the Roles page with full descriptions very soon. In short we need:
We have sped up production a lot over the past month which means I can show more of our in-progress and nearly finished work. Updates should be more frequent and soon we will be showing the first custom character working in-game!

Too bad white matter doesn't have a moddb. That loos damn good. Something I'd like to follow. These doors also look badass and worth following.
I believe he might set up a moddb page, he does have a forum thread somewhere on the site.
Lack of information? About Maya? Did you try google? But seriously, what was the big problem with the models? Source isn't easy to get models into by the standard of modern game engines, but it's not that hard. And there are plenty of tutorials out there.
Good concept art here, this mod looks like it's going places. How many character modellers do you have?
Great looking model!
I'm an adult British male so I don't know how well I would fit in as one of the survivors. However I've been told my Southern American accent is pretty good.
I would gladly throw a demo reel your way if you're looking for voice actors, or if you would rather send a few lines my way I could perform those for you to see what you think?
Thanks.
