If most of you out there have been eagerly awaiting some sort of update regarding this project, then I would first like to give you a sincere apology. No, "life" is not dead, in fact that couldn't be farther from the truth. I have been hard at work, not only with the project but with other things going on in my own personal life, so development is a bit slow for the time being. I assure you however that all of that is about to change...

I would first like to give a warm welcome to our newest developer, Justin Squirek, who will be acting as a Programmer on "life". I am very excited to have him join me in the project, and I'm sure you can expect to see top notch work from him as the development picks up.

For all you programmers reading this, don't fret, as I have more news for you. Along with the addition of Justin to the team, I would like to announce that I have decided to open up the project to some more talented members of the community. As of today, I am still on the lookout for the following:

- Programmer
- Concept Artist
- Audio Designer

I know some of you may be hesitant regarding any form application towards the project because of the lack of updates showing actual in-game props, or art of any kind for that matter, so I have posted some of my rough concept sketches for you to peek at. I know it's not much, and it by no means depicts final game quality but I wanted to give you viewers something to check out. In addition to my terrible drawings I'd also like to announce that this weekend I should have in-game shots, as well as some assets to show, so you can look forward to that as well.

In other news, I will have an update hopefully next week regarding the announcement of the development team behind "life", as well as news regarding an official website for the game. On the site I will have official screenshots and information regarding the project, and I will keep this page devoted solely to the work going on "behind the scenes". Hopefully all of your are as excited about this news as I am.

If you would like to apply for a position listed above, you can shoot me an email (mikeyevin@gmail.com) with your experience as well as some of your example work. Again, I am very excited for whats in the future, and I hope to speak with some of you soon!
