TS style barracks for GDI
That looks great!
It seems way to small (comparing it to the medical bay), but I'm guessing that a final size is something that you'll sort out later.
Lastly you might consider using the generic 'Bib' that a number of buildings in C&C3 use, rather than having that concrete base.
That is a very nice rendition of the TS barracks I must say!

The Barracks needs to have its yellowish hue look more pale, like the other GDI buildings, IMO.
I will work to fix that.
