Left 4 Theft has expanded a lot compared to version 1.0. Many new things have been added to the mod and many bugs have been fixed. Below you'll find two lists, one shows the changes and additions to version 2.0 and the second list shows bug fixes.

New features:

  • Added a save point in Los Santos and San Fierro which is already unlocked in the beginning of the game.
  • Safe camp raid: The ability to take over enemy safe camps.
  • An additional survivor for the survivor menu.
  • One new survivor mission and city mission in San Fierro.
  • Intro mission.
  • 5 new Army faction missions. (excluding 'cutscene' missions)
  • 4 new Bandit faction missions. (excluding 'cutscene' missions)
  • Army and Bandit camps in San Fierro.
  • Safe camps are now enabled right in the beginning of the game, but in order to save your game and heal there you'll have to do the required mission.
  • Survivor camp in Angel Pine and Bayside.
  • New factions: Cultists and Lawbringers. Both not joinable.
  • 2 Cultist camps, one in Red County and one in San Fierro.
  • 4 Lawbringer camps, one located in each desert village.
  • 5 infected safe camps in Las Venturas.
  • Time travelling.
  • New fortress in Whetstone.
  • Added a few weapon pick-ups.

Bug fixes and gameplay additions:

  • Fixed the crashes near safe camps.
  • Possible bug with saving fixed.
  • Unkillable zombies and bandits in various mission fixed.
  • Various bugs fixed in the existing version 1.0 missions.
  • The player will now spawn at the last point he saved his game when he dies.

That was about it, if I forgot something I'll make sure to add as soon as possible.

Note: These changes also count for Version 2.1!
