Alright mate, you need to help me out here. I just spent 40 minutes methodically dying and retrying the second room. I finally managed to kill everything at one point, but there is nowhere to go. I found the secret wall in the 2nd room on the left (with hanging man and re-skinned psycho), however... there's nothing there! It's just a vertical hallway with water that I swam up and drowned. I went up it multiple times and killed everything once more before going up. All the doors are static and the opening has an invisible barrier. Am I missing something or is that just the end?
Hi! I'm glad you took the time for the passage of locations. There is a solution! While sailing up the hall there's a open door on the left side, you swim into a room and there is a yellow door - this is the way out.
