So will the Calradian Empire hold most of the lands, and the other 5 factions hold like 1-2 cities?

Exactly. The Calradian Empire controls all the swadian territories, most of the Nord territory, some of the Vaegirs, most of the Khergits and most of the Rhodoks.
Their enemies at the start of the game are the Vaegirs, the Nords and the southern Rebels. Sarranids are neutrals and Khergits are allied.
I thought it was going to be like, Swadians have the Land but not the Lords, the Nords etc have the Lords not the lands.
