"KoH is not instaled. Pls install KoH and try again" Thread - Ultimate Edition - HD Patch & Overhaul (EN/FR/DE) mod for Knights of Honor

This message apears when I try to install the mod. It goes allright until it trys to install the 1.05 patch for the HD patch.

I have downloaded a 1.05 KoH version, so I think the instaler is looking for a 1.0 (?) version and is not finding it. Can I revert the version of the game or something like this? What should I do to make the mod work properly?

(I've read the topic in this forum whitch looked like my problem, but the solution there did not worked for me :/ )

I have the same issue. I tried what people have posted in other threads regarding the regedit tinkering.

For me, after installing the game in my steam library in the key path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE - there is no blackseastudios or knight of honor path to follow. Only place to appear is in HK Local Machine > Software > WOW6432Nod.

I tried creating a key in the HK Local Machine > Software, but even then when I ran the Ultimate mod installer when it reaches the patching for 1.03 and 1.05 I get the error message "KoH is not installed, Reinstall and try again." which is irritating as the game is there, in my steam library and is running fine, just unpatched and reduced to the original resolution.
