This is a re-creation of Doom 1's first episode: Knee Deep in the Dead. You are a space marine, and of the bravest, one of the strongest, and one of the most brave in the universe. About an hour ago, you base got a message from the base on Phobos, one of the moons off mars. "We require immediate military support. Something fragin' evil is coming out of the gateways! Computer systems have gone beserk!" Since then, all attempts to establish a connection to either moon base have failed. Since your group is the only military group for 50,000,000 miles, your sent to investigate. Your buddies arm up, you grab your .9 mm, and they go into the base. You stay behind to guard the perimeter and secure the ship. Hours go by.... You start thinking to yourself "What the F*** happened to them?". You decide to go into the base with only your sidearm. As you walk into the doors, you hear a voice over the radio saying "If there's anybody left, if you can hear me, get the hell out of.."

wow! looking good, but the animations seem kinda stiff
great work !
awesome! but need some polishing, especially in sound
Yeah, polishing needs some work.
Well many of these things are from the original game, so they're going to be naturally low quality. Sound reworking is probably going to be done later.
Very nice
shame flash never works here
A personal recommendation over the nuclear waste pools - if entity limits allow it of course. Is to just have the nuclear waste as a regular brush (water flag in the texture's name makes it just regular liquid automatically, if all else fails, use it as a regular func_water). And place a trigger_hurt over it, where the player can step on it.
The reason being is that the trigger_hurt has a damage delay similar to Doom's. Whereas setting the func_water type actually rapidly drains health, a bit inconsistent when compared to Doom.
Another note about the trigger_hurt, is that when you set a damage value, the actual damage taken seems to be halved (I may be wrong on this part), so I would recommend doubling the value on how much the player will be damaged by the pools.
i hear nothing wrong with the sound quality
I think we have something like this called Half-Life. Half-Life was sort of a remake of DOOM 1, the same kinda story if you will...
I don't see many relations at all :P
