I'm the creator of the Alan Grant model. Just to clear things up. Jack Krauser got the model from me (although I was initially confused about this, because his email account uses a different name). Yes I granted permission for Jurassic Park Operation Andreas to use the model as long as credit was given, as it has been.
But do you have permission from Universal Interactive to use the JPOG models/skins?
