First of all hi to all and welcome to the MODDB page for the mod.
As you can see its all very early stages but we already have a programmer for weapons and a mapper, myself doing models its enough to start, on the side I am designing the other parts of the mod/character/weapons sketches ect.
I have a few of each up and more to come eventually.
The plan is to complete the mod in sections/modules at the moment, right now we are working on the weapons, a full list of about 16 weapons each with an average of 3-4 upgrades are being worked on, all the types are down with ranges damages ect, most of which has been programmed with place holder weapons (the HL2 ones).
So I'm working on building the models, I figure its a good way to start, small sections you can call complete and walk away from rather than loads of unfinished bits here and there.
IT being just the three of use right now I am open to offers of help, from most aspects of mod work, however what we could really do with is a concept artist, my sketches are basic at best :D.
Anyway,.. Progressing well. More to come soon.

UPDATE 21st may.
I meet with an old lecturer at my Uni and we discussed the project, he believes it is all possible with enough programming, and that I can through him contact all the students in the Uni and put up posters for the project.
Also that when the project approaches a more complete point that using the facilites of the Uni, "Motion capture ect" will probably be fine.
We also talked over the "New" additions that would have to be put into the source engine for the mod, and how easy/hard they would be, and he will be getting back to me on the suitibility of my work for the mod being submitted as my "Masters Degree" work.
That all sounds pretty cool, and with the backing of your Uni, I'm even more convinced that this mod will be completed, and that it will be brilliant when it is. Thanks for the update, and I look forward to hearing more (I'm especially intrigued about the Motion Capture, all though I appreciate that it is all a long way off yet). Keep it up!
Thanks, yeah their involvement should be a real help all the way thorough, and with the idea of it being towards my Masters Degree, what better motivation could I have!! :D.
I will keep this up to date as and when.
