I've prepared a short demonstration video on some of our particle effects. All of them were made by Gunship_MK_II, who generously supplied all of them to us from his mod HL2 Enhanced. This video only shows a fraction of what we recieved, so expect to see many more custom particles in the mod. Ironsights also from HL2 Enhanced.
That's amazing! I really like the metal and water ones, but the glass and explosion are without doubt the bests.
I really like the effects. The concrete's color effects the color of the particle, and dust clouds hang around for a while. You may not be able to see it very well in the video, but tiny little chunks cluster about the bottom, like debris emmitting from it. The only two I dont just absoloutely love are the water and wood effects, but Im definately grateful to have them and their a nice change :D

We didnt do anything, it was all Gunship_MK_II. Check out his mod HL2 Enhanced to see some of his other great particles!
I really loved the concrete and dirt, and even the metal and glass. But I didn't like the water or explosion ones too much. The water seemed a little low res, but the way it seems to interact with itself is amazing. And the explosions felt weak, as if they weren't very powerful.
Metal and concrete particles were amazing! But how do you edit the impact particles? I cant seem to find it anywhere...
These effects are awesome! I wish I had those in my mod! XD
