Iron Europe is a World War I mod for the Mount&Blade; Warband Napoleonic Wars DLC. Our goal is to immerse players in the brutal battles of WWI. Players will have the opportunity to fight it out, for France or for Germany, in the trenches and in no man's land. Play as an expendable rifleman grunt, a brave officer leading from the front, an artillerymen supporting comrades from afar, or an elite assault trooper, spearheading attacks. Use bolt-action rifles, machine guns, and pistols to take down enemies from a distance or close in and engage in brutal hand to hand combat with knives, clubs, and the trusty bayonet. A host of features, including whistles, bleeding, bandaging, and grenades have been added to bring the WWI experience to life. To get the latest version of the mod, first install 1.0 and then the 1.21 patch.
HOLY **** MY **** IT IS SWELLING ITS SO HARD PLEASE HELP CALL TRIPLE ZERO
what is the role of the most right one? because he kinda looks belgian in that color scheme
Propably a belgian cause only french colonial troops where in brown and most where black peoples, the rest of belgian army was put under the french command.
That's incorrect. 1) the Belgian army was NEVER put under French command. King Albert made sure to stay independent until the end. It's actually the reverse that happened, with French and British units being attached to the Belgian army.
2) Units of the French army which were uniformed in khaki included both Europeans and colonial natives, the majority of which were the marines of the "infanterie coloniale" (i.e. "infanterie de marine"; these were white Frenchmen, NOT "indigènes").
Here are all the units that were uniformed in khaki:
Europeans: infanterie coloniale, zouaves (recruited from French settlers in North Africa), légion étrangère, infanterie légère d'Afrique (special units consisting of ex-convicts), chasseurs d'Afrique (cavalry units recruited from French settlers)
North African natives: tirailleurs algériens/tunisiens/marocains, spahis
Black Africans: tirailleurs sénégalais/malgaches
Asians: Tirailleurs indochinois/tonikois/annamites
Tip: Perhaps make the guns a little less accurate?
why? Did they use non-rifled weapons in the First World War? Have we gone back to muskets and/or Flintlocks?
For gameplay reasons. And no, the simple rifles weren't as accurate and stable as they are here.I've tried them irl myself with "experts". Perhaps reduced stability could be something, at least.
