Description
The Ki-9 serves as a recon plane for the Indonesians, the plane was light, fast and very easy to build. It was used as the "eye" of the Indonesians.

Is this going to be a support power like the Recon plane in RA2??
It'll be a recon plane indeed, doesn't fly fast but has a great range of view.
but it isn't a support power, it's fully control-able :D
