Infected is not like the typical "one man army" zombie survivor game. Where as the single player can be played and enjoyed alone, it is best suited to be played with friends. I felt that the ONLY zombie games were multiplayer (L4D and a few other zombie mods) and couldn't be enjoyed for BOTH their single and multiplayer content. I hate calling Infected a zombie game as the enemies aren't undead but it will probably be called that anyways.

this reminds me of a 2000ad strip that had a queen zombie. she was an attractive woman who lured men only to then lay eggs in them. if this is a queen zombie you should look at that strip.

Well, the clot in the original Killing Floor concept art has a *****, so boobs are hardly much. Though perhaps a torn bra, or boob tubes, whatever they are are called, for some variation would be good. One thing L4d lacks is variation of the special infected which would maybe add to realism and whatnot.
In a real zombie apocalypse, I'm sure we'd see dozens of naked people, those who were in the shower or bath, or those who got infected and think 'Hell, I'll strip naked for the lulz'.
