i love the ironsights. You should make the faceplates fully reflective (yet translucent) so you can see yourself in them.

So...are the iron sights mis-aligned for a reason? Like the kick of the weapon firing is moving them out of alignment? Because that is not a proper sight picture for that kind of sighting system.
