If you say this is a skins pack for Half-Life Opposing Force, then it must have both Player and World models for the skins so that they worked as well. Anyway it should be moved to the section "Addon" as this is just a pack that replace V model.
PS: I have to mention that, this pack was taken from Trusty Pack, this creator stole their models without their permission, so that's why I give it 1.
